Profile

My name is Steve Riley and I’m a trained coach, experienced leader and mentor.

Prior to training as a professional coach, I was CEO at Cubico Sustainable Investments, one of the world's largest privately-owned renewable energy companies, full of talented professionals who have made it a highly successful company.

I spent my career in the energy industry, where I was lucky enough to learn from a great number of people who supported me and helped me to develop and grow - so now it's my turn to help others (you!). I enjoy nothing more than seeing people grow - and it's a nice feeling to think that you can help with that.

Approach

A "people first" approach to doing business has always worked for me. It has enabled me to create the environment for people to succeed (and for me to share in that success). My approach to coaching is no different - I will work with you to create a safe and supportive environment for you to succeed.

I bring an open-mind and positive thinking, whilst challenging assumptions to open up new possibilities. I believe it is important to help you achieve clarity of thought, fresh perspectives and objective thinking, enabling clear focus on what is needed to succeed on a professional and personal level.

With a strong willingness to unleash people’s potential to achieve success and reach their target, I work to help leaders appreciate their strengths and to develop themselves and others.
